Wilton Classic and Supercars

JR Event Services were contracted by Wilton Classic and Supercars to work in collaboration with their in-house Event Management Team to produce the event. The two-day motoring extravaganza attracted 18,000 people over two days.
JR Event Services provided planning, procurement, Event Safety and Event Management functions for the event and had crew on site over 10 days to install, maintain and then remove the required infrastructure.
With over 200 vehicles on display each day the team worked closely with the Estates Team to ensure that the day to day running of the estate was not affected. Included in the installation were two 5m wide and 20metre long footbridges across the river than splits the main event site. These were installed over a three-day period and ensured a safe circulation of guests could be maintained.
Included in the role was the need to provide all the Event Safety Management systems including on site safety staff throughout the event.
